Plane’s current PATCH path queues the crawler even when only the display title changes.

The proposed Plane change avoids metadata-only recrawls and atomically checks the link URL and update timestamp before the worker writes. The latest browser recording is used when available; otherwise this page uses the deterministic source-verified sample.
